It has been 7 months since Realms of Peace was released and WOW so much has happened!
I am so unbelievably grateful for all of the support I have received. As an indie author, I do pretty much everything myself and rely heavily on my readers to spread the word and encourage others to give ROP a chance. Immediately after releasing ROP I got to work on book 2 and those same readers have been waiting so patiently to know what happens next.
This week, I was able to share the OFFICIAL release date of Realms of Secrets, 5.6.23
The last 6 months spent writing this book have been INSANE and now that we are deep in the editing process, I can say just how worth it it was. I love this story. I love these characters. And I love the world I have created. There will always be that part of me that doubts my work and thinks I'm not good enough, but I feel so PROUD of this book and cannot wait to share it with everyone.
There is so much news to share.
In addition to announcing the release date, I also shared some upcoming extras and announcements that will be made, including opening ARC applications on 3.25.23.
Today I shared that ROP is now enrolled in KDP select and is available on KindleUnlimited. This decision was one that I went back and forth on and ultimately decided based off of sales of ROP and the ability to share with more readers prior to ROS being released. I also plan on enrolling ROS in KDP select once the time comes.
Behind the scenes, my editor and I are finishing up our final edits before they are reading for ARCs. I am also working with incredibly talented artists on interior artwork and the cover.
PLUS! More/updated extras are on the way! An updated version of the Pinterest board will be shared closer to release, along with new bonus chapters and some other fun surprises.
There are so many people who are excited for the next installment of this series and to say I am one of them is an understatement.
Realms of Secrets challenged me in so many ways and continues to be a testament to growth and my journey as a writer. It is a HUMBLING experience to say the least but equally rewarding.
